Floorr Magazine — Image & Content Usage Terms

By submitting images, text, or other materials to Floorr Magazine, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to share this material and allow Floorr to publish it.

Rights & Usage

Artists, galleries, photographers, and contributors retain ownership and copyright of all submitted materials.

By submitting content to Floorr, you grant Floorr a non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, display, and share the submitted materials for editorial and promotional purposes.

This includes:

  • Publishing the work on the Floorr website

  • Sharing content across Floorr’s social media channels

  • Including images in newsletters, promotional materials, and announcements relating to Floorr

  • Using selected images to promote the published feature, exhibition, interview, or project

Floorr will always aim to provide appropriate credit information supplied by the contributor, including artist, photographer, gallery, and other relevant credits.

Third-Party Rights

By submitting materials, you confirm that:

  • You have permission to submit the work

  • All relevant copyright holders have approved its use

  • Any required artist, photographer, gallery, or represented party credits have been provided

Floorr is not responsible for copyright disputes arising from materials submitted by third parties.

Removal Requests

If you believe material has been published incorrectly or without the required permissions, please contact Floorr and we will review the matter.

Promotional Use

Floorr may use published content to promote the platform and highlight previously published features. Promotional use does not transfer ownership of the work and does not grant Floorr exclusive rights to the submitted materials.
