Floorr welcomes collaborative submissions from artists, galleries, and writers for Spotlight/feature consideration across the platform.

This submission route is independent from Floorr’s main issue-based artist interviews, which remain curated separately.

We welcome collaborative submissions of recent work, exhibitions, and written material, including essays, and moving image. All submissions are reviewed with care, and selected contributions will be published on the Floorr website and shared across our channels with full credit. Due to the volume of submissions, only those selected will be contacted.

A submission fee applies. This supports the ongoing editorial and curatorial work behind Floorr, including the review, organisation, and publication of content.

Submission Guidelines

Include installation views and/or individual works where relevant
Images must be high resolution (minimum 2000px)
Provide accompanying text (exhibition text, press release, or description)
Include a checklist with artist names, artwork details, and credits
Add relevant social media handles and photographer credits
Include venue information and exhibition dates where applicable
Submit materials via WeTransfer, Dropbox, or Google Drive

Usage & Rights

By submitting, you grant Floorr a non-exclusive licence to publish and promote all materials across its website and associated platforms. You confirm that all necessary permissions have been obtained and that all contributors will be appropriately credited.

A non-exclusive licence agreement for editorial and promotional use is available upon request.
